What can I do with the accumulated amounts and when can I use them?
The amounts accumulated through the loyalty program are credited to the Wallet in the form of lei (RON) and can be used as a discount on future orders.
The credit becomes available after the order is marked as “Delivered” (and, if applicable, after creating the account on the first order).

What is the value of the “points” loyalty?
In the application they may appear as “points”, ” but in reality they represent lei (RON) that enter your Wallet.
For each order you receive 1% cashback of the value of the products (excluding shipping), in the form of credit ”in Wallet.

How is loyalty credit granted?
1% cashback for each eligible order (calculated on the value of the products, shipping is excluded).
1 leu (RON) for each review posted on a product with a verified purchase (within the limit of 5 remunerated reviews per user).
The credit is granted / becomes usable after the order is “Delivered”.
How do I use the money in my Wallet?
The Wallet credit is used directly on the Checkout page.

How long is the credit valid?
The Wallet credit is valid for 6 months. You will receive a notification email 15 days before expiration.
When is the credit canceled or not granted?
The credit is not granted or can be canceled if:
the order is Canceled or Returned;
the order does not reach the status “Delivered” (e.g., remains in Payment Pending / Processing) — credit becomes eligible only after delivery.
